Cancellation Policy

 

Orders can be cancelled before the items are shipped by contacting our customer service e-mail: support@shinyvert.com

Cancellation requests MUST be sent within 24 hours of the order being placed to attempt to cancel the order.

Please note that all order cancellation requests are subject to a non-refundable 18% cancellation fee. This includes all items that are currently in-stock, and all pre-order items. If your order is cancelled by us for any reason without your request, you will NOT be charged the 18% cancellation fee.

If your order cannot be cancelled because they have already been processed and shipped, please see our "Return Policy".


Return Policy

 

Damages, Missing Items, or Other Issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues such as damage, missing items, or other issues with the order. Inquiries made after 24 hours of receiving the order will not be eligible for refunds or replacements.

Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@shinyvert.com. If your return is accepted, you will then receive instructions on how to send the goods back to us. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns are also subject to a 18% re-stocking fee. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded.

Refunds can only be processed to the original payment method used to place the order. If you no longer have access to the original payment method, you must contact that payment provider in order to receive your funds. Refunds can take up to 7 business days to appear on your statement in most cases.


Pre-Order Policy

 

All Pre-Order products will be shipped on or after the release date unless otherwise noted.

If your order consists of in stock items or other Pre-Order items that release on a different day, the order will NOT be shipped until ALL items are in stock.

Pre-Ordered products are available to cancel (18% fee may apply, please see "Cancellation Policy") from the time the order is placed, until the order with our distributors are due. Please contact support@shinyvert.com for any cancellation requests.

We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and provide a full refund to the purchaser before fulfillment of the order. This will always be our worst case scenario if all other options are unsuccessful with providing the product.

If your order shows up as a Fraud Risk (EX. Mismatched billing/shipping address, lack of CVV code, mismatched IP address, etc.) we will most likely cancel your order. You may contact us if you believe the Fraud Risk is false to attempt another purchase.

At this time, all Pre-Order products must be paid in full at the time of purchase to ensure your reservation. 


Corrected Shipping Policy

 

If an order is placed using an incorrect address, please email us at support@shinyvert.com ASAP with the corrected shipping address so we can update it for you.

If a label has already been printed before we are notified, you will be sent an invoice for a duplicate shipping charge and your order will be placed on hold until it is paid.

If an order is rejected / returned to us for any reason, or if an incorrect and / or insufficient address is used at checkout, we will send you an invoice for a duplicate shipping charge and ask you to update / correct the shipping address so we can resend it for you. You will have 30 days to pay the reshipment invoice after it is sent. After the 30 days, if the reshipment invoice is not paid, Shiny Vert LLC will cancel your order and you will be subject to no refund.
